About me
Hi, my name is Cleo, and I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you're not sure where to start.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel heard.
I will walk alongside you through whatever you are facing, helping you to better understand yourself and move forward at your own pace.
I work in a flexible way, so we can find what feels most comfortable for you.
I can support you with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, grief, loss, trauma, relationship difficulties and life changes, or anything else you may be struggling with.
In addition to my private work, I also work within GP practices, supporting people with a range of emotional and mental health challenges.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a BA (Hons) in counselling, and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
If you're unsure whether counselling is right for you, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide.
